We thought we had completed our wine cellar and ante room, when a friend visited and suggested that a mural vineyard scene in the ante room would be the finishing touch.
One thing lead to another; and before we knew it, Saskia was in the room, creating ideas and presenting sketches.
We constructed an arched 'window' out of used brick; and turned Saskia loose to create the wonderful effect of looking out over the vineyards of an old winery.
We always thought that the cellar would be the focal point of the entire project; but in fact, more people comment on the unique mural and ask about the artist.
We couldn't be more pleased.
